All applicants who are unable to meet the leasing criteria, (including credit & rental history) are required to have a Guarantor. The Guarantor is usually the parents or guardians of the student or applicant. The Guarantor must meet the leasing criteria and shall guarantee payment performance of the lease for the resident.

The Guarantor Application should be completed in its entirety and notarized. The form can be downloaded from our website by clicking on the link below. You must PRINT the form to fill it out. Then it must be notarized. The Guarantor can fax the form to our office for the leasing process to remain on track, but the original notarized form, along with the fee, must be submitted to our office before final approval and/or move-in can be completed.
