Homes are available for lease and occasionaly marketed for sale. APPLICATION PROCESS
Each student will be required to submit a completed application, completed guarantor form, application fee ($45 per student), and deposit ($150.00 per student) in order for us to process and hold a unit off the market. Upon approval, all parties will be required to schedule a lease review to execute a lease contract with our property manager within 3 days to finalize the lease process. Partial applications/guarantor forms, and/or fees will not be accepted.
