APPLICATION PROCESS
Each student will be required to fill out a Rental Application Form and their parents will need to fill out the Guarantor Form. A $45.00 fee is charged to process each student application. Upon completion and approval of the application, a deposit will be required to hold the unit. All parties involved in each unit rental will be required to complete all paperwork prior to move-in.
